BSW Design & Construction was established in November 1998 and has been proudly serving Summit and Park County for over 30 years. As a long-time local builder, we bring a deep understanding of the unique demands that come with building in mountain environments, from extreme weather conditions to complex site constraints.
We specialize in serving the needs of our local community, creating homes that reflect both the lifestyle and landscape of the mountains. Our work is rooted in a mountain modern approach, balancing clean, timeless design with natural materials and surroundings.

Meet the man behind the name, Bryan Scott-Williams.
Along with running his business, working on job-sites, and drawing up plans, Bryan is also a father of four and long time local in Breckenridge, Colorado.
A South African native, Bryan discovered the beautiful rocky mountains while traveling in the 90's and hasn't left since! BSW Design & Construction came to fruition shortly after and has since established itself as one of the most reliable construction companies in the Summit County. BSW was built from beautiful craftsmanship, dedicated hard work, and strong client relationships; all qualities that are still valued by the business today.
